At Bin Juicer, we don’t just sell bin cleaning services — we design and use our own bin cleaning machines in the field, every week. That real-world experience is what led to the development of the JuiceJet bin cleaning system.

The JuiceJet is a professional wheelie bin cleaning machine engineered to efficiently clean 240L and 360L residential bins, with the capability to handle 660L and 1100L commercial bins when required. It is built for speed, reliability, and consistent results across both residential and commercial bin cleaning applications.

Purpose-Built Bin Washing System. The JuiceJet features JuiceJet-branded rotating bin cleaning heads, specifically designed to deliver thorough internal bin cleaning while keeping maintenance simple and operating costs low. Unlike complex truck-mounted bin washing systems, JuiceJet focuses on practical performance — fewer moving parts, faster service times, and easier upkeep.

Bins are positioned to face the rear of the vehicle, allowing technicians to stand safely behind the machine while cleaning with a lance. This improves operator safety, visibility, and cleaning accuracy, ensuring bins are properly cleaned rather than just rinsed.

Fast, Efficient, and Built for Daily Use With a rapid 10-second hydraulic tipping and rotating cycle, the JuiceJet delivers commercial-grade cleaning speeds suitable for high-volume bin cleaning routes. The system is supported by a 600-litre freshwater tank and a 300-litre wastewater tank, allowing multiple bins to be cleaned efficiently before refilling or disposal.

A heavy-duty powder-coated finish protects the machine in harsh working environments, making it well suited for daily operation in residential complexes, shopping centres, food outlets, and industrial sites.
