Frequently asked questions

Where do I leave the bins?
‍Simply leave your bins on the curb during recycling day. We'll clean them the next day, or on the same day for Friday collections. If garbage trucks run late, kindly leave the bins out an extra day to ensure we can service them.
Can I mix and match bins?
‍To maintain our high cleaning standards, we clean the same bins during each visit. First-time cleans take longer than subsequent maintenance cleans. To help differentiate and protect your regularly-serviced, fresh-smelling bins from others, we may place our sticker on them.
What if my bin isn't cleaned, will I still be charged?
‍If the garbage collection is delayed or missed, rest assured, you won't be charged. However, if your bins are locked away and inaccessible to us, a charge will apply to cover our travel time.

If you aren't 100% happy with our bin cleaning service, we'll come back and clean your bin again for free, if you still aren''t happy, we'll refund you in full. That's the Bin Juicer guarantee.
